If you bend over, he'll give you a kiss on your cheek. Teddy's early life wasn't so great - he was kept outside and ignored. And then his family just took off and left him behind. Now Teddy just wants a home full of love. He gets along with other dogs, loves kids (big and small), ignores cats and has fantastic manners.
