Achilles is already crated-trained and house-broken; a handsome 50 lb. blue heeler/Australian cattle dog mix with striking blue ticking set off by tan legs and neck. He is friendly, sits on command, comes, fetches, and loves to go for rides. Everyone who meets Achilles is impressed with his aptitude to learn and his sweet nature. At about 2 yrs. of age, this wonderful dog is looking for a family who can give him love and playtime with plenty of land for running and exercise. Description: Rudy lost his home when his owner fell ill and could no longer take care of him. This tiny dog is about one year old, and is an adorable Chihuahua/rat terrier mix. A white coat with tan head & ears, and a white stripe down the middle of his face, gives him a most appealing look. Rudy is very sweet and loving, and is housebroken and crated trained. He would do very well as an only dog or with another small dog like him. (Big dogs make him nervous.) He’s shy when he first meets you but warms up quickly and delights is lots of lap-time and pets. He likes treats and will jump up to get them. Rudy is current on shots, neutered, and on heartworm preventative. Description: This precious little puppy was abandoned on a road (illegal in this state) and left to his fate. In this case, Marshmellow and Captain were  found and rescued by a member of True Blue Animal Rescue (TBAR) who has fostered and cared for them until they were ready for adoption. Orange-eared Marshmellow is about 10 weeks old and is very playful and friendly. Description: Captain’s story is all too common these days. This precious little black & tan puppy was abandoned on a road (illegal in this state) and left to his fate. In this case, Captain was found and rescued by a member of True Blue Animal Rescue (TBAR) who has fostered and cared for him until he was ready for adoption. Perky-eared Captain is about 10 weeks old and is very playful and friendly. He is neutered, vaccinated, healthy and ready to go home with his very own forever family.  T-Bar Name: Champ T-Bar Number:D397 Weight: 49 lb Sex: Neutered Boy Age on 12/2009: 1 yr Breed:  Boxer / Border Collie Mix Color:  Black and White ADOPTED – Thank You! Description: Champ’s face clearly shows his inquisitive and friendly nature. A last minute rescue by True Blue Animal Rescue (TBAR) saved Champ from certain death. Perhaps that is why he is so sweet, and appreciative of any attention given to him. This high-energy Boxer/Border Collie mix is just over a year old, and he is looking for a special forever family of his own who will lavish him with love and plenty of play-time. This adorable 5lb. bundle of canine cuteness is a beagle/boston terrier mix with lots of liveliness and energy. Beamer’s black & white markings are set off by a precious little under-bite and bright, alert eyes. He is crate trained and almost house broken, and comes with free neuter and shots. Beamer gets along with other dogs and loves to cuddle and give puppy kisses to show how much he appreciates your attention. Description: Barney was found running along a country highway. He’s very friendly, gets along with other dogs, is housebroken and crate trained and walks on a leash. Cat approved.  House broken.  Loving.  Needs a yard for play, but wants to sleep in your bed and lie in your lap. Leash trained and will sit on command. Great with my two dogs….absolutely no sign of aggression. He seems full Mini Schnauzer to me: no dew claws, beautiful markings, about 20 pounds.
