Description: Liberty was seized by law enforcement when she was found with a halter EMBEDDED in her face. It took several hours of surgery to remove the embedded halter; and Liberty is healing up nicely. She will need a second surgery to look 'normal'. The seizure photos are too horrific to show. Liberty could use your prayers and support.
Update: April 2008: Liberty has healed up beautifully and may not need a second surgery after all. She is being reevaluated and if cleared, will be available for adoption.

Description: Mayflower was donated to TBar because her owner could not properly care for her. Mayflower registers as a 1.5 on the Henneke Scale and had to stay at the veterinarian's office for several days to be strong enough to stand the trailer ride to TBAR. She is very emaciated and will need to put on significant weight.

Description: Midnight is gentle around adults and children; and gets along with other animals. He is broke to ride and trail ready. He is well trained both on the ground and under saddle, loves to be brushed and petted and just an all around sweet horse. See another picture of Midnight with his brother.

Update: July 2007: Midnight has been diagnosed with melanoma - on his lip, several others on his tail and under his tail. The vet said by the looks of things he MIGHT live another two years - the best case scenario.
