Location: Brenham, Texas Description: "I'm not garbage", Sandy says. And yet he found himself inside a duct-taped box with his siblings sitting by the side of the road like trash. Next to his box was another box, totaling 10 precious lives in all, carelessly tossed away. How could anyone do such a thing?! Don't they know it's illegal? A passing motorist saw 2 puppies break out of a box and stopped. The puppies were gathered up and taken home with this Good Samaritan and True Blue Animal Rescue (TBAR) was contacted. Ten beautiful, 10-12 week old collie/heeler mixes, girls and boys, different colors - all fluffy, sweet, and adorable! Some are more outgoing, like Maddy and Palla, some are more demure, like Butter and Roxy, and some look like teddy bears, like John Henry. The puppies have already had their first puppy shots and come with a certificate for their spay and neuter.
